This whole thing started in a pretty normal way- we stood in the store aisle, turning bottles over, trying to figure out ingredient lists that felt more like science experiments than skincare. We just wanted products that felt safe, simple, and actually good for our family- especially our three young boys.

The deeper we looked, the more we realized how complicated “clean” skincare had become. So we stopped chasing trends and started looking backward instead- toward ingredients that had been trusted long before fancy packaging and buzzwords.

That’s how we found our way to tallow.

For generations, tallow was a go-to for skin because it’s naturally rich in vitamins and fatty acids that work in harmony with our skin. Simple, nourishing, and effective- exactly what we had been searching for all along.

Today, we use 100% grass-fed and finished beef tallow, which we render ourselves in small batches. We blend it with organic jojoba oil and carefully selected essential or fragrance oils to create products that are purposeful, nourishing, and easy to feel good about using. Every ingredient earns its place.

We believe skincare doesn’t have to be complicated to work well. That’s why our formulas are intentionally minimal, made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and created with real care- not shortcuts.

As we grow, that approach stays the same. You’ll always find simple, nourishing staples in our collection, along with seasonal products that bring a little variety and fun throughout the year.

What started as something we made for our own home has grown into something we’re so happy to share with yours.
